Acne: Solutions, Aloe Vera, Treatments
What is Acne? Acne is a common skin disorder that affects almost 80% of teens and young adults up to age 30, but it can start at any age. Acne is caused by the interaction of 4 different factors: The production of sebum by the sebaceous gland The presence of the bacteria Propionibacterium acnes inside the pore The corneocytes, or skin cells, become more "sticky" and build up in the pore The release of chemicals in the pore that cause inflammation Acne treatment is aimed at reversing one or more of those factors. Allergy Rash
If you suffer with an allergy rash, that means you are probably allergic to something you come in contact with regularly. But that is not a hard and fast rule. Many allergy rashes are the result of allergies that would not seem to be related to a topical problem. So you can get an allergy rash from a food allergy or even from something that you breathe in. The process of finding out what is causing your allergy rash is a science in its own right and a difficult one at that. But the steps you might take to deal with that allergy rash once it has shown up and begun to make you uncomfortable is not cryptic at all. … Continue reading

Bed Sores
One of the best home remedies for bed sores includes the application of vitamin E oil all over the body. A rich and healthy diet of vitamins like A, B, C, E and Zinc is very important and considered to be good for bed sores. Another effective treatment is to apply a zinc oxide ointment or cream. Creams with Aloe Vera, Wheat Germ oil or Comfrey on the affected areas are also effective. It is also recommended to wash the sores at least two to four times a day with a mixture of witch hazel and myrrh/turmeric root/golden seal — this has proven to be very successful. Encourage a balanced diet with extra protein to keep tissues healthy. Do not … Continue reading
Bee Sting
Treating bee stings for people without allergies. First you must find the stinger, look for a raised red welt on the skin of the victim. Now look very carefully for a small black dot in the center of the welt, it will look rather like a very tiny splinter. If the victim has been stung more than once, continue checking all of the welts until you find the stinger, or stingers. After you have quickly located the stinger, pull it out as quickly as possible use either tweezers, or a stiff, flat object, such as a credit card, and pull or scrape out the stinger. This is imperative to get the stinger to quit pumping venom into your system. If … Continue reading
